  • OTCOver-the-Counter (OTC) Medications
    $42/Month for Over-the-Counter (OTC) Medications

    As an iCare Medicare Plan member, you will receive $42 worth of OTC medications and supplies delivered to your home, free of charge, each month. That’s $504 a year to use towards your OTC needs!

    A new $42 allowance will be issued to you each month. Unused portions of the monthly dollar amount will be carried over into the following month, until the end of the current year. Dollar amounts expire at the end of each calendar year OR if you disenroll before the end of the year.

    SilverSneakers is a fitness benefit that includes access to 13,000+ fitness locations* nationwide, exercise equipment and other amenities, group exercise classes led by certified instructors, a support network and online resources. Signature SilverSneakers classes designed for all levels and abilities are offered in traditional fitness classrooms.

    More than 70 SilverSneakers FLEX© class options including Latin dance, yoga, tai chi and walking groups are offered in settings outside the traditional gym. Three BOOM© classes, MIND, MUSCLE and MOVE IT, offer more intense workouts inside the gym. Eligible plan members simply show their personal SilverSneakers ID number at the front desk of any participating location to use the benefit. Members may get their SilverSneakers ID number and find locations and classes at silversneakers.com.

    *At-home kits are offered for members who want to start working out at home or for those who can’t get to a fitness location due to injury, illness or being homebound.

  • WeightWatchersBeyond the Scale from Weight Watchers©

    The Weight Watchers© NEW Beyond the Scale program delivers a holistic and personal approach to losing weight.

    As an iCare Medicare Plan Member, you can request meeting voucher packs for local Weight Watchers meetings from your Care Coordinator. These packs will contain thirteen-weeks’ worth of meeting vouchers at a local, on-site Weight Watchers location.

    The NEW Beyond the Scale program moves beyond what you weigh, so you can eat healthier, move more, live happier, AND lose weight.

    You can request new voucher packs near the end of each thirteen-week period if you would like to continue to use Weight Watchers. Please call your Care Coordinator 1-800-777-4376 (TTY: 1-800-947-3529) to request new voucher packs.

  • MealsNew Meals Benefit

    If you are transitioning from an inpatient hospital or skilled nursing facility, you are eligible for up to 28 days of meals (maximum 56 meals provided).

    Feel more secure at home or on the go with access to help 24/7 from one of the top medical alert service in the U.S.

    AutoAlert automatically places a call for help if it detects a fall and you can’t push your help button.

    If a fall is detected, it’s designed to get you 24/7 access to help even if you are disoriented, immobilized or unconscious.

  • DentistDental Benefits

    An extra $750 a calendar year for preventive and comprehensive dental services from our network providers

    Preventive
    • Oral Exams and cleaning:
      Up to 2 per calendar year
    • Dental X-Rays:
      Up to 1 per calendar year. X-Rays are limited to either 1 panoramic or 1 full set per calendar year.
    Comprehensive
    • Diagnostic services: Up to 2 per calendar year
    • Restorative services: Up to 2 per calendar year
    • Endodontics/Periodontics/Extractions:Up to 2 per calendar year

    An extra $150 per calendar year towards glasses and lenses

    As an iCare Medicare Plan Member, you receive up to $150 a calendar year for lenses and frames. This can be applied to any frames and lenses from our network of vision providers.

  • OTC90-Day Supply on Prescription Medications

    90-day supply for a one month co-pay for Tier1* and Tier 2 formulary medications! (*some restrictions apply)

  • Mail OrderMail Order Pharmacy

Enrollment in any iCare plan depends on contract renewal. Plans are available to anyone who has both Medical Assistance from the State and Medicare.
